Sunday Craft Time

We experienced another cold, damp day.  Therefore, I decided to keep Nya in once again.  Her nose is still running so I want to make sure that she is OK for school tomorrow.  Nya was a real trooper about washing and braiding her today.  Halfway through the process we decided to take a break and work on some crafts. 

First, we made an octopus mask...

Then a cat mask...

Nya also made a cat at school this week.

Nya just had a ball with cutting the papers into small pieces.  I plan to get more construction paper for the house so that craft making can become a part of our weekly routine.
